Cay Harbor and Pumpkin Cay condominium units, Ocean Reef
These two condominium renovation projects were simultaneously constructed. The general contractor needed a plumbing company that they could count on to complete both of these large scale projects according to the time schedule, and have the confidence that the quality of work would be superior. Seaway Plumbing was the natural selection. All 76 units were completed ahead of schedule, under budget and surpassed each homeowner’s desires.

Seaway Plumbing, Inc. joined Capa builders to complete this 36 unit condo renovation of Angelfish Cay on Ocean Reef. Seaway Plumbing met with each homeowner to customize their individual needs. Seaway Plumbing completed all the necessary plumbing for each unit as well as plumbing needs for the condo’s common pool baths.
