When the University of Miami was in need of renovating baseball facilities, again Seaway Plumbing, Inc. was the only choice. The new Alex Rodriguez Park encompasses a new clubhouse, weight training room, team meeting room, academic center, video room, press box and four VIP luxury suites. Seaway Plumbing was contracted to design, build, and install all necessary plumbing for the new suites, locker rooms, and training facility. Seaway Plumbing, Inc. was selected based on their ability to adhere to the stringent line and exceed the expectations for this high profile project.

Seaway Plumbing was honored to be an integral part of the new Florida Keys Electric Cooperative Association Operations Center. The Tavernier Operations Center contains a bayside administrative building, a warehouse, a fleet maintenance building and a new operations building. Seaway Plumbing was awarded this massive project because of its top rated reputation throughout Southern Florida. Seaway Plumbing, Inc. worked hand in hand with the general contractor and owner to bring to fruition their goal of designing this environmentally friendly “green” project. This new center boasts energy efficiency and conservation. Seaway Plumbing’s involvement with this commitment included installing solar-assisted water heating on the roof, water-saving toilets with two flush settings, waterless urinals, and connecting the piping for a 30,000 gallon cistern to be channeled into the cistern plus most condensation from the air conditioning system. This new facility was operational March 16, 2009.
